Priazovsky Technocenter LLC employs advanced technologies and materials to manufacture and supply standard and specialized overhead cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 5 to 125 tons and spans up to 36 meters. All load-bearing structural components are made from low-alloy steel and undergo quality control inspection, cleaning, priming, and painting after welding. To ensure strength and reliability, the crane’s load-bearing structures feature a welded box-section design with stiffening ribs, while the end beam axle assemblies are designed for extended service life through specialized construction, wear-resistant wheels and components, and various lubrication systems. The lifting and movement mechanisms of the overhead crane’s load trolley can be assembled using either a traditional configuration or gear motors. The control cabin can be mobile, traveling along the span, or fixed, featuring impact-resistant glazing, ergonomic controls, air conditioning, and heating. A radio control system is available upon request. The crane’s electrical system includes advanced safety and protection features, frequency regulation, and power supply to the crane and load trolley via cable suspension, trolley busbar, or other systems as specified.
